| THE
GLUEING & PRESSING PROCESS |

The
veneers are then arranged
in a criss cross manner.
Then, the pre-arranged
veneers are put into
the hot pressing machine
for pressing.

| The
dried veneer is then fed
into the Glue Spreader Machine.The
glue used is Urea Formaldehyde
resin with 65% solid content.

| THE
CUTTING PROCESS |
|
After the pressing process,
the pressed veneers are then
sent for cutting using the CNC
routers.The CNC router can also
develop our own tooling. Before
this cutting process, all Veeners
are actually being designed
specifically according to the
accuracy measurement and then
being programmes in to the computer
to operate the CNC router. |
